Logistics Sales Trainee

We are seeking candidates to enter our sales training program in international ocean/air freight and supply chain services.

The program involves learning all aspects of our business to form a fundamental understanding of our services, corporate culture and industry.

During the early development stage, the position will involve working closely with our Account Executives to generate, organize, qualify, and nurture leads through the beginning stages of the sales cycle.  In this stage, primary activities will be cold calling, matching prospects against our ideal customer profile, uncovering the decision maker, and setting appointments.

The program is designed for successful employees to be on the fast track toward senior level outside sales.

The uncapped commission program is designed to reward an ambitious salesperson.

  • Ability to think outside the box

Background Preferred:

  • Interest international transportation/logistics
  • Knowledge of CRM programs
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission
