This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.dedola.com. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions, including this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use this Site.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting the revised Privacy Policy on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this Site and Privacy Policy periodically for any modifications.

What information do we collect from you and how do we use it?

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

In order to better serve you, we collect two types of information about our users: Personal Information and Non-personal Information.

Personal Information. Personal Information refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. What security precautions are in place to protect your information?

The importance of security for your Personal Information is of utmost concern to us. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Do-Not-Track Signals

Our website includes third-party applications that track visitors. The following applications do not respond to Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) requests. Clicking on the links will bring up their privacy policies. Facebook.com, Hubspot, Vimeo.com, Google.com, Leadin.com, AdRoll, Doubleclick.net. Those applications that do respond to DNT do not drop cookies into visitors’ browsers.

Do we use Google Analytics?

We may use a tool called Google Analytics to collect information about your use of our Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often a user visits a site, what pages s/he visits when s/he does so, and what other sites s/he used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and the products and services we offer to you via the Site.

Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are based within the European Union (EU), Dedola, 3822 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos, California 90720 is the data controller of your Personal Information that you voluntarily provided to us either by, submitting through our website, via an email newsletter sign up form, at an event or through another interaction with Dedola Global Logistics. That means that we are the controller of how all personal information we are holding about you is stored, processed, and/or transferred. We will only deal with your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Retention

We reserve the right to delete your Personal Information at any point and for any reason and are not liable to you for such deletion. We retain your Personal Information for so long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. If you want your email address or other Personal Information removed from our systems, please either unsubscribe or email info@dedola.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to retain your Personal Information for a longer period to comply with a legal action and/or a complaint.

How Can You Unsubscribe, Access, Correct or Update Your Personal Information?

If you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us, we may occasionally send you emails about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in such email.

The systems require time to update, and email newsletter and events mailings using Personal Information shared before your opt out may already be in process. While we will strive to comply with your requests, please note that we may not be able to delete information associated with past transactions on this Site or completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

California residents are entitled once a year to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2018 will receive information about 2017 sharing activities).
