Hapag-Lloyd and CSAVCSAV Merges with Hapag-Lloyd – Chile’s Cia. Sud Americana de Vapores SA (CSAV) has agreed to sign a merger with Germany’s Hapag-Lloyd AG to combine operations. This merger will form the fourth largest container shipping company in the world.
